What do you think of when you hear the word “the Philippines”? Usually something about people, the food or a city. It is country with a rich and varied culture and history. Interesting fact – did you know that the Philippines consists of three major clusters of islands, which are comprised of a total of 7641 islands, 2000 which are inhabited? Many times we here about “Manila” and that may be all we know. There is so much more to know and explore in that beautiful land and its culture.
