Recipe – makes enough for 3 people or so

MB Cookbook – Mrs Elma Penner

Prep time – 5 minutes Cook time 5-10 minutes You can be eating in 10 minutes from start to finish once you get some practice. The video is from start to finish mixing, cooking – 8 minutes long – all that was left was to finish cooking the second side. Really easy and tastes great.

Ingredients

1 C flour
1 egg or more
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
dash of sugar

Instructions

Heat frying pan/skillet on @ medium heat with a little bit of oil

In medium size mixing bowl mix dry ingredients

Add egg (or two)

Add milk

Whisk until all ingredients are well stirred and not lumpy. Add milk as needed to get consistency that you want – it needs to be slightly runny

Rule of thumb – thicker the batter, the thicker the pancake and the thinner the batter…..

Use a small measuring cup or something like to pour batter onto skillet

Once bubbles begin to show, flip the pancake

Voila’ enjoy
